摘　　要：目的探讨改良早期预警评分(MEWS)及现状-背景-评估-建议标准化沟通模式(SBAR)联合应用于泌尿外科患者安全管理的临床效果观察。方法选取某院泌尿外科2016年1月-2016年8月收治患者200例,随机分为对照组(100例)和观察组(100例)。对照组采用常规方法评估和沟通。观察组采用MEWS进行病情早期预警评分,用SBAR沟通方式沟通。对比两组护士工作得分、护理风险发生率、患者满意度等情况。结果观察组护士在医护沟通、医护配合、主动性、病情观察掌握等方面得分均高于对照组,P<0.01;观察组患者护理负性事件及并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.01,观察组医生及患者对护士工作满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 MEWS及SBAR联合应用于泌尿外科,使护士的工作能力得到提高,降低了护理负性事件及并发症的发生,值得广泛推广。Objectives To investigate the clinical effect of application of Modified Early Warning Score （MEWS）and Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation （SBAR） in security management in urology department. Methods 200 cases of inpatients aged above 16 years in urology department in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2016 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into the control group （100 cases） and the observation group （100 cases）. Conventional methods of evaluation and communication were used in the control group, whiles MEWS illness early warning score and SBAR communication mode were used in the Observation group. The nurses working score, incidence rate of nursing risk, and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The results showed that the nurses working score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P〈0. 01. Also, the incidence rate of nursing risk and complication in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, P〈0. 01. The satisfaction degree of the doctors and patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, P〈0. 05. Conclusions The application of MEWS combined with SBAR in the urology department could improve the nurse working ability; reduce the incidence rate of nursing risk and complication, which was worth popularizing widely.
