江门市儿童伤害案例特征及费用分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析江门市儿童伤害的特征及疾病负担情况,为降低儿童伤害的发生提供预防方案。方法收集江门市某三甲医院2010年-2014年因伤害住院的0岁~14岁儿童病例共1553例,采用卡方检验进行分组比较,分析伤害儿童的影响因素及相关费用比较。结果不同年龄组之间的伤害类型差异比较有统计学意义(χ~2=297.29,P<0.001),0岁~4岁的伤害类型以烧烫伤为主,5岁~9岁以跌倒受伤为主,10岁-14岁以跌倒受伤为主;不同年龄段之间的伤害部位差异比较具有统计学意义(χ~2=240.93,P<0.001),主要受伤部位表现为全身多部位共356例,占22.90%;儿童伤害患者的住院时间中位数为7天,费用中位数为4560.76元。结论江门市儿童户外活动区域较多,容易发生儿童意外伤害的情况,其中0岁~4岁年龄组发生伤害概率最高,应针对不同年龄儿童群体,配合多部门制定针对性的预防方案降低儿童伤害情况的发生。Objectives Through analyzing on the characteristics and disease burden on children injured cases in Jiangmen city, to provide prevention programs to reduce the incidence of children injury. Methods A total of 1553 children cases aged from 0 to 14 years old hospitalized in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital in Jiangmen from 2010 to 2014 were collected and compared by chi-square test to analyze the influencing factors and related costs of injured children. Results There were significant differences in the types of injury among different age groups（x2=283.18,P0.001）, 0-4 year old injury are mainly type to burn and scald, 5-9 year old fell injured, 10-14 year old fell injured,the difference of the injury sites between different age groups was statistically significant（x2=221.39, P0.001）, the main site of injury was a total of 356 cases, accounting for 22.90%,the median length of hospital stay was 7 days, and the median hospitalization cost was 4560.76 yuan. Conclusions There were many areas of children＇s outdoor activities in Jiangmen, and easily for the occurrence of accidental injury of children, in which the age group of 0-4 injury should be the highest probability. We should aim at different age groups of children, formulate targeted prevention scheme to reduce the occurrence of children injury with the cooperation of multiple departments.
