摘  要:抽油机井在生产过程中,受泵漏失影响,产量下降,需要进行检泵作业恢复产量,但漏失到何种程度进行检泵比较合理难以判断,主观判断检泵时机过早或过晚都会导致效益下降。根据数理统计学原理,结合具体区块泵漏失后产量数据,回归得出漏失程度与漏失天数呈线性关系,得到漏失后产油递减规律;结合油田计算效益的方法,推导出单井日效益模型,从而应用高等数学算法得出最佳检泵时机计算公式,准确计算最佳检泵时间;将公式图版化,并引入原油价格变量,通过图版快速判断出不同国际油价下的检泵时机;通过计算机模拟的最佳检泵时机与公式计算结果相一致,从理论上对成果本身进行验证;通过将该公式和图版应用于本区块某井的检泵时机判断,相比于漏失初期进行检泵,单井日效益增加630.3元。The output of the pumping unit may decrease Pump inspection should be made to restore production,but spection time for the leakage is,and too early or too late because of pump leakage during the production. it is hard to judge what the rational pump in- pump inspection through subjective judge will re- suit in the production decline.Aecording to the principle of mathematical statistics and the data of the lost output after the pump leakage in certain block,the linear relationship between the leakage degree and the number of leakage days is obtained by regression ,and the rule of oil production decline after the leakage is obtained.Combined with the benefit calculation method for the oilfield,daily benefit model for single well was derived and the calculation formula of the best pump inspection time may be derived by the advanced math- ematical algorithm,and the best pump inspection time may be calculated accurately.After the formula was converted into the chart and variable crude oil price was introduced ,the best pump inspection time at differ- ent international oil prices can be judged through the chart.The best pump inspection time simulated by the computer is the same with that calculated by the formula,which is verified itself and co pared yuan. rresponding chart were applied to the pump inspection time judgment in some with the pump inspection at early stage of leakage,daily benefit of single theoretically.This formula well of the block.Corn- well increased by 630.3 yuan.
