摘 要:针对精密的坦克火控系统信号复杂、部件模块不易拆卸检测,以及信号波形故障不易检测判别等难题,提出了基于LabVIEW的时域相关虚拟检测方法。通过虚拟仪器设计,解决了传统坦克火控系统检测设备多样复杂、不易携带、不便检测等问题;通过对火控系统检测点信号与正常信号的时域相关运算,实现了由相关系数识别信号波形失真等故障。最后,通过仿真实验进行了验证,结果表明:该方法可实现对火控系统故障的有效检测。To solve the problems that the signal is complex,it is hard to dismount and detect the parts module,and difficult to check and recognize the signal waveform fault for the precise tank fire control system,time domain correlation virtual test method based on Lab VIEW is proposed. By the virtual instrument design,the problems that the test equipment of the conventional tank fire control system is diverse and complex,and hard to carry and detect are solved. And then by the time domain correlation computation for the signal of the tank fire control system checkpoint and the normal signal,such faults as signal waveform distortion are distinguished by correlation coefficient. The method is verified by the simulation experiments,and the results show that the method is effective.
