摘　　要：阐述了陕西电视台全台网架构下的高标清文件化播出系统设计。着重从背景、架构、设计思路三方面介绍了重点设备的算法控制和使用原理。在揭示物理层面的控制方法和端口分配策略的同时,也不失对重要环节的细节和技巧等方面进行了详细的论述。系统的设计实施中在保持亮点的同时克服缺点,使得性价比提高,效果显著。系统的设计与使用得到了优化。This paper expounds the design of high definition and standard definition file broadcasting system of Shaanxi TV Station. The principle of algorithm control and application of key equipment are introduced from three aspects： background, architecture and design. It does not only revealing the control methods in physical level and port allocation strategy, but also discussing the important aspects of the details and skills. The design and implementation of the system have its bright spots as well as shortcomings, as a result,cost performance is been improved, the effect is significant. Systematic design and use are been optimized.
