摘 要:以两种超临界W火焰锅炉为研究对象,对其燃烧特性、运行特性进行了分析,详细阐述了高负荷及低负荷下两种炉型的燃烧稳定性及经济性,针对超临界W火焰锅炉较为重要的受热面壁温及结焦情况进行了介绍,提出了相应的控制措施。运行表明:高负荷下两种炉型燃烧稳定,受热面壁温良好,低负荷下FW锅炉燃烧稳定性及水冷壁壁温控制较B&W锅炉好。In this paper, two supercritical W-shaped flame boiler is as the research object, analyze the combustion characteristics and operation characteristics of the two type boiler, Describes in detailed the combustion stability and economy of two boiler type under the high or low load. The very important water cooled wall temperature control and coking characteristics for supercritical W-shaped flame boiler are presented, and gives the proved solution in terms of operation. Operation show that the two type boiler combustion is steady, water cooled wall temperature is fine, and FW boiler is better than B&W boiler for the combustion stability and water wall temperature control under the low load.
