数字重建在肺癌放射影像中的应用分析

摘  要:目的分析数字重建在肺癌放射影像中的应用。方法收取我院80例肺癌患者,收治时间为2014年2月~2016年3月,将肺癌患者按照不同治疗方式分为两组,对照组患者在模拟机下明确肿瘤位置后,实施相关检查,观察组患者实施数字重建,将两组肺癌患者检查后的计划靶体积缩小、心脏剂量下降、骨髓量下降等指标进行比较。结果观察组患者计划靶体积缩小(56.01±13.21)cm^3、心脏剂量下降(19.63±5.65)CGy、骨髓量下降(13.29±4.02)g优于对照组计划靶体积缩小(30.19±10.13)cm^3、心脏剂量下降(9.69±2.72)CGy、骨髓量下降(8.01±3.12)g,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字重建在肺癌放射影像中具有较高的应用价值,能增加体位选择的准确性,改善计划靶体积缩小、心脏剂量下降、骨髓量下降等指标,减少放疗的体积,值得临床肺癌放射影像中大力推广与应用。Objective To analyze the application of digital reconstruction in radiographic image of lung cancer. Methods 80 cases of patients with lung cancer cured in our hospital from February 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment method. After the tumor location was simulated, patients in control group were given the related examination, and patients in observation group were treated with digital reconstruction. Target volume reduction, cardiac dose reduction, bone marrow volume decline and other indicators of the two group after examination were compared. Results Target volume reduction, cardiac dose reduction, bone marrow volume decline of observation group were (56.01 ± 13.21)cm^3, (19.63 ± 5.65)CGy and (13.29±4.02)g, which were better than those of control group with (30.19 ± lO.13)cm^3, (9.69 ± 2.72)CGy and (8.01 ± 3.12)g (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Digital reconstruction in lung cancer has higher application value. It can increase the accuracy of body position selection, improve the volume of the target, reduce the dose of the heart, and decrease the amount of bone marrow, and reduce the volume of radiotherapy. It is worthy of promotion and application of clinical lung cancer radiography.
