高频超声对中药治疗透明质酸注射局部并发症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察22MHz高频超声对中药治疗透明质酸注射局部并发症的疗效。方法：观察1例透明质酸注射局部并发症的患者,在其中药治疗前及治疗1个月后,分别运用22MHz高频超声对患者皮损相同部位进行检测,并与皮肤镜结果进行比较。结果：治疗前,22MHz高频超声发现皮下肿块定位在真皮浅层,直径（最大）0.6mm,皮肤密度15-18;治疗后,再次应用22MHz高频超声发现皮下肿块消失,真皮浅层的低回声带消失,皮肤密度恢复正常,与临床和皮肤镜观察结果相符合。结论：运用22MHz高频超声对中药治疗透明质酸注射局部并发症的疗效观察无创简便,安全可靠。Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine to local complications after hyaluronic acid injection by 22MHz high-frequency ultrasonography. Methods We observed changes of skin lesion of a patient after hyaluronic acid injection before and a month after treatment, by 22MHz high frequency ultrasonography, compared with dermatoscope. Results We used 22 MHZ high-frequency ultrasound to observe skin lession. Subcutaneous lesion was located in the dermis and shallow, 0.6mm in diameter （maximum）, while skin density was 15 to 18 before treatment. Subcutaneous tumor disappeared,leather shallow keyed vocal cords disappeared, density of the skin returned to normal after treatment. The result was consistent with clinical observations and dermatoscope. Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography had imoortant value for the diaanosis and observation of local complications after hvaluronic acid iniection.
