光疗法联合注射行面部年轻化治疗临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察应用强脉冲光、Q-开关激光联合注射填充除皱行面部年轻化治疗的临床疗效。方法：采用强脉冲光、Q-开关激光联合A型肉毒毒素注射及透明质酸填充除皱对67名就医者面部老化性皮肤进行治疗。结果：所有就医者面部肤色、质地、弹性、色斑、毛孔、皱纹等都有不同程度的改善。半年有效率为91.0%,1年有效维持率为82.1%;半年满意率为92.5%,1年满意率86.6%,随访0.5-1年,疗效满意。治疗过程中未出现色素脱失或色素沉着、感染、肉芽肿、血管栓塞等并发症。结论：强脉冲先、Q-开关激光与A型肉毒毒素、透明质酸联合应用行面部年轻化治疗,能够有效改善面部老化,是一种疗效可靠、安全的面部抗衰老治疗方案。Objective To explore effective way for facial rejuvenation through observing the effects of Optimal Pulse Technology （OPT）, Q-switched laser combined with injection in the treatment. Methods Using OPT, Q-switched laser combined with botulinum toxin type A, hyaluronic acid local injections to anti-wrinkle treatment for 67cases with aging skin. Results 67cases with skin aging problem including the natural color, texture, elasticity, splash, pores and wrinkles has been improved to varying degrees of, treatment effective rate was 91.0% half a year, treatment effective rate was 82.1% for one year, satisfaction rate was 92.5% half a year and 86.6% for one year, it was quite effective after follow-up from six months to one year. All patients had no depigmentation and pigmentation of skin, no wound infection, no granulomatous disease as well as no intravascular embolization or other complications. Conclusion Combined OPT, Q-switched laser with botulinum toxin type A and hyaluronic acid injection treatment of facial skin aging good curative effect, patient satisfaction is high, safe and effective.
