会阴体形成术修复产后陈旧性裂伤的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的：探究会阴体形成术在修复产后陈旧性裂伤会阴体的疗效。方法：选取2014年3月-2 015年5月由于产后造成的陈旧性会阴裂伤在我院进行会阴体形成术治疗的患者30例作为研究对象,按照随机法平均分为两组,分别采用分层法和阴道瓣膜翻转法进行治疗。观察两组治疗后肛门排便、排气功能变化和肛门肌肉收缩情况、术后不良反应及患者满意度情况,对两种会阴形成术进行评价。结果：术后24h对两组在肛门排便、排气、括约肌肌力和会阴肌力方面不存在显著差异（P〉0.05）;两组术后不良反应均在一周内自行消失,不良反应发生率没有显著性差异,不存在统计学差异（P〉0.05）;两组对修复后会阴外观满意度调查结果没有显著差异,不存在统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：分层法和阴道瓣膜翻转法会阴形成术均可以达到良好效果,术中应注意感染情况、解剖层次,同时应避免死腔隙的存在。Objective To investigate the effect of perineal body reconstruction in the repair of old perineal laceration. Methods 30 cases of perineal laceration treated in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, two groups were stratified and inversion method for the treatment of vaginal valve. Two groups of patients after treatment of anal defecation, exhaust fimction changes and anal muscle contraction, postoperative adverse reactions and patient satisfaction. Evaluation of two kinds of perineal formation. Results 24 hours after the operation of two groups of patients in the anus exhaust, defecation, sphincter muscle strength and muscle of perineum had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Two groups of postoperative adverse reaction rate had no significant difference, there were no statistical differences （P〉0.05）. Postoperative adverse reactions were within a week away, two the group after repair of perineal appearance satisfaction survey results had no significant difference, there were no statistical differences （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The hierarchical method and the inversion method for the perineal vaginal valve can achieve good results, should pay attention to the infection, intraoperative anatomic level, to avoid the dead space.
