摘　　要：地下保险在国内保险市场的悄然盛行,不仅使大量保险客户和保险营销人员外流,而且扰乱了正常的保险市场.本文就将从地下保险盛行的原因分析入手,讨论其对国内保险市场的影响,并就如何规范地下保险问题提出个人看法。The prevalence of the underground insurance in the domestic insurance market, not only makes a lot of insurance resource outflows, but disrupts the normal insurance market. This paper analyze the reasons for the prevalence of underground insurance, discuss its influence on domestic insurance market, and give personal views on how to regulate it.
