摘　　要：人口法律行为是人口法的基本范畴之一,人口法的独立性是人口法律行为得以存在的前提和基础。人口法律行为与人口行为既有联系,又有区别。研究人口法律行为可以为我国人口立法提供理论基础,为规范人们的人口行为提供法律依据。The population legal act is one of population method basic categories,the population method independence is the premise which and the foundation the population legal act can exist.The population legal act and the population behavior both have the relation,and has the difference.The research population legal act may legislate for our country population to provide the rationale,provides the legal basis for the standard people's population behavior.
