摘　　要：进入新世纪,经济全球化趋势明显加快,科学技术突飞猛进,国家间综合国力竞争日趋激烈。文化产业作为新兴的绿色产业、朝阳产业对提高一个国家人力资源能力具有直接和现实的推动作用。文化产业在西方发达国家经济和社会发展中具有越来越重要的地位,后危机时代下,更凸显了文化产业的特殊优势。entering into the new century,the trend of economic globalization speed up obviously,science and technology are advancing rapidly,the competition of the comprehensive national strength between countries is becoming increasingly fierce.As nascent green and sunrise industry,the cultural industry has both direct and realistic driving effect on enhancing ability of human resources of a country.In western developed national economy and social development,the cultural industry is placed on a more and more important position.In the post-crisis era,the special advantage of the cultural industry is especially highlighted.
