摘　　要：培养高校学生的体育习惯和终身体育意识是祖国建设的需要。要想学生成为体育锻炼的骨干,首先要培养其体育兴趣和习惯.那么作为学生在校教育的最后一站,高校的体育教育应把培养大学生形成自觉锻炼身体的良好习惯,进而树立终身体育意识作为首要任务。fostering physical habits and life-long sports consciousness of college students, is needed in the construction of the motherland. If you want to become the backbone of physical exercise of students, first of all to develop their interests and habits. last stop as a student at the school of education, College of physical education should be conscious exercise of training college students to form good habits, thereby establishing lifelong sports awareness a priority.
