摘　　要：学生骨干已成为联系学生与学校、国家政策之间强有力的纽带,如何加强基层组织中学生骨干力量的培养,充分发挥学生骨干的龙头与纽带作用,是当前高校思政教育工作中的重点所在。武汉大学"青春领航"学生骨干服务岗是对国家对于加强基层组织建设、促进骨干培育工作要求的落实,也是具有极大创新性和实际应用价值的方案。Students have become the backbone link students and schools,a strong link between national policy,how to strengthen the backbone of grassroots organizations to develop high school students,give full play to the students and link the backbone of the leading role in ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the focus of the work lies.Wuhan University,'youth leader' student service post is a national backbone for strengthening grassroots organizations,the backbone of development work to promote the implementation of the requirements,but also has great practical value and innovative programs.
