摘 要:在丁腈橡胶(NBR)乳胶中引入丁苯橡胶(SBR)胶乳作为弹性黏合剂,制备了多个新型无石棉胶乳密封垫片,并着重探讨了不同混合胶乳质量比对该密封垫片压缩率、回弹率和拉伸强度的影响。研究结果表明:在满足密封垫片性能要求和降低产品成本的前提下,得到了较理想的SBR胶乳/NBR胶乳质量比为6.4∶9.6和4.8∶11.2;同时,利用回归模型对混合SBR胶乳/NBR胶乳体系的性能进行了预测,所得预测值与实测值较为接近,说明该回归模型在预测密封垫片压缩率、回弹率和拉伸强度方面是有效的。The new type non-asbestos latex sealing gaskets were prepared by styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) latex/nitrile rubber (NBR) latex as elastic adhesive, and tile influences of different mass ratios of mixture latexes on the compression rate, resilience rate and tensile strength of sealing gaskets were emphatically discussed. The research results showed that the ideal mass ratios of SBR latex/NBR latex were 6.4:9.6 and 4.8:11.2 ureter the premise of meeting property requirements and reducing product cost of sealing gasket. At the same time, the regression model was effective in predicting compression rate, resilience rate and tensile strength of sealing gasket because the predicted values were very close to the measured values when the properties of SBR latex/NBR latex system were predicted by the regression model.
