网络警务模式下的警民互动机制创新研究

摘　　要：新世界的今天,科学技术迅猛发展,信息技术日新月异,信息产业不断升级,信息化程度日益加深。随着我国民主化进程的不断推进,公民法律意识和维权意识的增强给传统的社会管理方式提出了挑战。公安机关作为社会管理的重要国家机器,同样面临着改进警务模式、提高信息对称性的问题。在网络广泛普及和网络技术广泛运用的背景下,网络警务应运而生。网络警务是通过互联网技术实现警民之间信息的及时交流、感情的有效沟通,促进警民之间良性互动,警民关系和谐有序。网络警务不仅有利于公安工作的顺利开展,更对实施社会管理和实现社会稳定提供了便利和可能。With the development of the information industry, and advances in information technology nowadays, science and technology have developed rapidly. With the advancement of China＇s democratization process, the growth of awareness of citizens＂ legal consciousness and rights protection poses challenges to the traditional social management way. Meanwhile, as an important state machine of social management, improving policing system and information symmetry have been big issues for police management. Through the internet technology, network policing chamber can make information exchange between police and citizens in a timely manner. It can also push the benign interaction between police and citizens, and create a harmonious and orderly social community. Network policing is not only beneficial to the public security work, but also beneficial to the implementation of social management and provides a convenient and social stability.
