辽代大帐皮室军兵源探析

摘　　要：辽代大帐皮室军的兵源征集历经了一个不断发展演变过程。辽朝初期皮室军将士基本都是契丹人,以契丹贵族及富豪之家为骨干力量,在兵源的征集和编组上则受到契丹两翼制度的影响。辽太宗之后,皮室军虽然仍以契丹人为基干力量,但兵员征集范围也扩大到其他民族。伴随着皮室军地位的变化,皮室军人员的地位构成及将领任命原则也发生了变化。The manpower collection of the Dazhangpishi Soldiers in the Liao Dynasty is in an evolving process. In the early Liao Dynasty, almost all of the soldiers of the Dazhangpishi are from Khitan, and the Khitan nobles and rich men are the backbone of this army. The manpower resource collection and marshalling of the Dazhangpishi is affected by the two flanks system of Khitan. After the period of Liao Taizong, even though the Khitan human are the backbone of this army, enlistment scope of Dazhangpishi has expanded to other ethnic groups. Along with the change of the position of The Da Zhang Pi Shi Jun, the position of the military personnel of this army and the principle of the general appointment have changed.
