摘 要:目的观察两种体位雾化吸入方法在支气管镜检查中运用的效果。方法选择我科行支气管镜检查的肺癌患者140例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规端坐位进行雾化吸入麻醉,观察组采用平卧位、垫高肩部、抬高下颌的方法进行雾化吸入麻醉。比较两组患者麻醉效果、患者满意度以及每组患者检查前和检查后心率及末梢血氧饱和度情况。结果观察组与对照组患者麻醉效果和满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义,每组患者检查前后心率及末梢血氧饱和度比较,差异无统计学意义。结论卧位和坐位雾化吸入麻醉法在临床应用中都具有安全性,卧位法较坐位法有更好的麻醉效果和更高的患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of two kinds of body position aerosol inhalation in bronchial ex- amination. Methods 140 patients with lung cancer taking bronchoscopy in our department were chosen to be partic- ipants, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Conventional atomizing in- halation anesthesia in sitting position was applied in the control group, while the observation group adopted atomizing inhalation anesthesia in supine, shoulder padding-up, and jaw raising position. Finally, the effect of anesthesia, pa- tients" satisfaction, as well as heart rate and peripheral blood oxygen saturation before and after the examination were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing the anesthesia effect and patient satisfaction between the con- trol group and the observation group, we found statistically significant differences between the two groups. However, the comparison of the heart rate and peripheral blood oxygen saturation before and after examination between the two groups indicates had no statistically significant difference. Conclusion Atomization inhaled anesthesia in supine and sitting position is safe in the clinical application, and the supine method has better anesthetic effect and higher pa- tients" satisfaction than the sitting ones.
