摘 要:本研究于2014年丰水期(5月)和枯水期(11月)调查了济南地区不同类型水域(泉水、水库、城镇河道、河流和南部山区等)丰、枯水期浮游动物群落结构及其与环境因子的关系。结果表明:济南地区丰水期鉴定出浮游动物优势种5种、指示种16种;枯水期鉴定出浮游动物优势种1种,指示种3种。丰水期和枯水期丰富度指数分别为2.47和1.75。典范对应分析结果显示:水温和溶解氧分别是影响丰、枯水期浮游动物群落结构的主要环境因素。综合评价表明:济南地区水生态呈中度污染。The community structure characteristics of zooplankton were investigated in 22 sampling sites in various waters including spring, reservirors and raceway in Jinan fiver basin during dry season (May) and wet season (November), 2014. During wet season, there were 5 dominant species of zooplanktons, and 16 indicator species; during dry season, with Shannon-wiener Index of 2.47 and there were 1 dominant species of zooplanktons, and 4 indicator species, with Shannon-wiener Index of 1.75. Margalef Index and Canonical correspondence analysis revealed that the water temperature and dissolved oxygen are important environmental factors affecting zooplankton community structure during the two periods, respectively, indicating that the water in Jinan river is found to be moderately polluted.
