通络化浊法治疗糖尿病足临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察通络化浊法治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:将62例糖尿病足患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组32例,对照组30例。两组患者均予以糖尿病基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗基础上给予中医通络化浊法治疗,对照组在基础治疗基础上给予前列地尔注射液治疗,两组疗程均为2个月。比较两组临床疗效、血脂及血液流变学指标。结果:观察组有效率为83.87%,对照组有效率为61.29%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平均明显降低,高密度脂蛋白水平均明显升高,优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后全血黏度200-1、全血黏度5-1及血浆黏度水平均明显降低,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用通络化浊法治疗糖尿病足能明显患者的临床症状和体征,其机制可能与改善血液黏度相关。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM Tongluo Huazhuo on diabetic foot treatment. Methods ： Sixty-two diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 32 cases in observation group and 30 cases in control group. The patients in both groups were given basic treatment of diabetes. The observation group was treated with TCM Tongluohuazhuo on the basis of basic therapy and the control group was treated with alprostadil injection on the basis of basic therapy. The course of treatment was 2 months. The clinical efficacy, blood lipid and hemorheology were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results ：The effective rate of the observation group was 83.87% and that of the control group was 61.29% ,which suggests that the observation group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total cholesterol and tri- glyceride levels of the observation group were significantly lower, high density lipoprotein （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The whole blood viscosity （200-1）, whole blood viscosity （5-1） and plasma viscosity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the con- trol group, and the high density lipoprotein （HDL） level was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were significantly lower in the observation group than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：TCM Tongluohuazhuo can significantly treat for the diabetic foot in patients by improving the clinical symptoms and signs, the mechanism of which may be related to the decrease of blood viscosity.
