韭菜籽的现代研究与思考

摘　　要：韭菜籽有多种活性成分,主要含生物碱类、核苷类、甾体皂苷、挥发油类、不饱和脂肪酸类等。现代药理研究表明韭菜籽具有补肾壮阳、养肝、固精等作用,临床上主要适用于肝阳虚亏、肾阳不足所致阳痿、腰膝冷痛以及肾虚不固所致滑精、遗尿、尿频、带下等症。韭菜籽作为药食两用植物在日常生活和临床上被广泛应用。韭菜籽的栽培以及种植方面也有非常全面的研究,但就其化学成分、药理研究和食疗的报道很少。韭菜籽中含有多种营养成分,而且具有药理作用,比如改善生殖器性腺功能等,故有必要对韭菜籽进行全面的开发和利用。Leek rapeseed has a variety of active ingredients, mainly including alkaloids, nucleoside, steroidal saponins, volatile oil, unsaturated fatty acid etc. Modem pharmacological studies have shown that leek seeds have invigorating the kidney and strengthening Yang, nourishing the liver, Gujing and other effects. Mainly applicable to the clinical deficiency of liver yang;impotence,lum- bar and knee pain caused by lack of kidney yang as well as semen leakage, enuresis, urinary frequency, leukorrhagia caused by insecurity of the kidney. Leek rapeseed is a medicinal and edible plants, widely used in daily life and clinical. Including China, many countries, the cultivation of leek has done a very comprehensive study, but few of its chemical composition, diet therapeutic and pharmacological research reports. Leek rapeseed contains a variety of nutrients, some play a role in health care and some physiological role, such as improving the genital gonadal function,it is necessary for the development and utilization of Leek rapeseed comprehensively.
