湿热消汤联合银花泌炎灵片治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨湿热消汤联合银花泌炎灵片治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的临床疗效,及其对患者前列腺液细胞因子水平和疾病转归的影响。方法:分析140例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者临床资料,按照就诊顺序将患者1:1交替分配入两种治疗方案组,其中联合用药组70例采用湿热消汤联合银花泌炎灵片治疗,对照组70例采用银花泌炎灵片治疗,对比两种治疗方案在改善患者临床症状、调节前列腺液细胞因子水平以及影响疾病转归等方面的差异。结果:两组患者接受治疗后中医证候积分、慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(the national institutes of health chronic prostatitis symptoms index,NIH-CPSI)评分均有改善,联合用药组的中医证候评分、前列腺炎症状NIH-CPS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);两种治疗方案均能改善患者的前列腺液细胞因子水平,联合用药组对细胞因子的调节幅度优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗结束时联合用药组患者的生活质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:湿热消汤联合银花泌炎灵片能有效改善ⅢA型前列腺炎患者的中医证候及前列腺炎症状,优化前列腺液细胞因子水平,并显著提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To research the clinical effect of Shirexiao Decoction combined with Yinhuamiyanling Tablets in treatment of m A type prostatitis, and its influence on the patients with prostatic fluid cytokine levels and disease prognosis. Methods：Analyzed the clinical data of 140 cases of patients, according to the order of treatment patients were assigned to 1 ： 1 alternating treatment group, each of 70 cases. The combined treatment group was given Shirexiao Decoction combined with Yinhuamiyanling Tablets treatment, and the control group was given Yinhuamiyanling Tablets treatment, comparison the differences of improving clinical symptoms, regulating the prostatic fluid cytokine levels and affecting the outcome of disease. Results ： The two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome score, chronic prostatitis symptom index score were improved, TCM syndrome score of the combination group was（8.10 ± 1.02 vs. 10.15 ± 2.10 ,P 〈 0.01 ） ,chronic prostatitis symptom index score was significantly lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; two kinds of treatment programs can improve the level of cytokines in patients with prostatic fluid, cytokines in the regulation of the combined group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. At the end of treatment, the quality of life score of the combined group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Shirexiao Decoction combined with Yinhuamiyanling Tablets treatment of ⅢA type prostatitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, optimization of prostatic fluid cytokine levels, and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
