The Characteristics of Carbon and Nitrogen Content of Populus Euphratica Forest in Desert Riparian in the Yarkant River Basin

摘  要:以叶尔羌河流域荒漠河岸林建群种胡杨为研究对象,对叶尔羌河上游至下游胡杨叶片不同季节的C、N的含量进行了分析.结果表明:胡杨叶片6月的C含量为339.62~453.24 mg/g,N含量为11.42~53.38 mg/g,C/N为10.50.9月C、N的含量分别为336.90~487.62 mg/g,43.85~51.75 mg/g,C/N为8.45.C、N含量均表现为6月<9月,但不同季节C含量无显著差异性,N含量差异性显著.同时随着胡杨叶形的变化,3种叶形中胡杨叶片的抗逆性表现为披针形<卵圆形<阔卵圆形.In this paper,by taking the Populus euphratica forest in desert riparian in the Yarkant river basin as the research object,The Carbon and Nitrogen content of Populus euphratica leaves in different seasons in the upstream to downstream of yarkant river were analyzed.The results showed that the Carbon content of Populus euphratica leaves in June was 339. 62 -453. 24 mg/g,and its Nitrogen content was 11. 42 - 53. 38 mg/g,the C/N was 10. 50. The contents of Carbon and Nitrogen in September were 336. 90 - 487. 62 mg/g,43. 85 - 51. 75 mg/g respectively,and the C/N is 8. 45. The contents of Carbon and Nitrogen were lower in June than the corresponding value in September. But there was no significant difference in the Carbon content in different seasons,and there was significant difference in the Nitrogen content. At the same time,with the change of shape of Populus euphratica leaves,for three kinds of Populus euphratica leaves,the stress resistance of broad oval shaped leaves is maximum,the stress resistance of oval shaped leaves is medium,and the stress resistance of lanceolate shaped leaves is minimum.
