摘  要:在土壤地力水平较低(速效氮含量15 mg/kg)条件下,通过对氮肥胁迫条件下92个国外引进的玉米种质资源农艺性状、穗部性状和经济性状的胁迫指数进行聚类分析,从中筛选氮高效种质材料.结果表明:在参试的94份国外玉米种质材料中,K13NUEZ003、K13NUEZ016、K13NUEZ037、K13NUEZ045、K13NUEZ046、K13NUEZ054、K13NUEZ068、K13NUEZ076、K13NUEZ077、K13NUEZ083和K13NUEZ085的综合氮胁迫指数较高,属于氮高效种质材料.在低氮条件下,玉米种质材料农艺性状中功能叶面积、株高和穗位高、穗部性状中行粒数、结实长和穗长、经济性状中百粒重、秸秆重和产量这9个指标能更好地反应氮胁迫效果,可作为玉米耐低氮种质材料筛选的重要指标.In the conditions of low soil fertility level (the available nitrogen content is 15 mg/ kg), through the cluster analysis of the stress indexes of agronomic characters, ear characters and economic characters of 92 imported maize germplasm resources under the condition of nitro- gen stress, the germplasm materials with high nitrogen use efficiency were screened. The resuits showed that, in the 94 accessions of maize germplasm, K13NUEZ003, K13NUEZ016, K13NUEZ037, K13NUEZ04, K13NUEZ046, K13NUEZ054, K13NUEZ068, K13NUEZ076, K13NUEZ077, K13NUEZ083 and K13NUEZ085 had a higher integrated nitrogen stress index,which was a high nitrogen use efficiency germplasm. Under the low nitrogen condition, the functional leaf area, plant height and ear height in agronomic characters, and the numbers of rows and grains, length of grains and ears in ear characters, and the hundred grain weight, straw weight and yield in economic characters of maize germplasm, all these 9 indexes can better reflect the effect of nitrogen stress, and can be used as an important index for screening maize germplasm with low nitrogen tolerance.
