摘 要:给出了一种高效清除电除尘器气流均布板积灰的方法。此方法的核心是给电除尘器的气体均布板增加两套清灰装置,即振打清灰装置和刷型清扫装置,它们能够同时对均布板进行自动振打清灰和自动刷式清灰,能确保均布板不积灰,网孔不堵塞,使进入电除尘电场的烟气流速均匀,分布均匀,可有效提高除尘效率。This paper introduced one approach to efficiently remove the dust stratification attached to the flowdistribution plate of electrostatic precipitator. The core of approach is that it has two sets of dust cleaning device,namely vibration hammer cleaning device and a brush cleaning device. They can simultaneously carry out auto-matic vibration cleaning and automatic brush cleaning. Its efficiency is extremely high.It ensures that the flow dis-tribution plate is cleaning and the mesh is not blocked,and keep the gas flowing into the ESP uniform velocityand uniform distribution.It can effectively improve the dust removal efficiency.
