补肾化瘀法联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征30例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾化瘀法联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法选择我院2015年6月~2016年6月收治住院的多蔻卵巢综合征患者60例,随机分为观察组(予补肾化瘀法联合达英-35治疗)和对照组(予达英-35治疗)、每组30例。对比两组患者治疗的临床总有效率及采用放射免疫法治疗前后检测患者血清促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)、泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)的水平。结果观察组与对照组患者治疗后的总有效率分别为90.00%和70.00%,组间疗效比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患者治疗后的各项性激素指标较治疗前显著降低,且治疗后观察组与对照组的各项性激素指标组间比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后的卵巢平均体积明显小于对照组,组间比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论补肾化瘀法联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征较单纯西医治疗效果更好、显著降低激素水平,有效恢复卵巢功能,值得推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected , randomly divided into observation group （treated with tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis combined with Diane-35） and Control group（treated with Diane -35）, with 30 cases in each group. The total efficiency of clinical treatment was compared between the two groups, and the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH）, estradiol （E2）, prolactin （PRL）, testos- terone （T） were detected before and after treatment of the radiation immunization. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 90.00% and 70.00% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The sex hormone indices of the observation group and the control group after treatment Were significantly lower than before treatment, and after treatment, the sex hormone indices between the two groups had sig- nificantly differences （P〈0.05）. After treatment, ovarian average volume of patients in the observation group was signifi cantly less than that in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the pure western medicine treatment, tonifying kidney and removing＇blood＇ stasis combiuecl with Diane- 35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome has better effect, significantly reduce the hormone levels, effective re- covery of ovarian function, it is worthy of promotion and application.
