腹型荨麻疹并发急性胰腺炎1例分析及文献复习

摘　　要：腹型荨麻疹作为特殊类型的急性荨麻疹,临床上较常见,其临床表现典型,当合并外科急腹症时,易出现误诊、漏诊,从而延误治疗时机。本文通过对我院1例腹型荨麻疹并发急性胰腺炎患者的临床表现、体格检產、影傢学特征、治疗方法及预后进行分析及相关文献复习讨论,进一步提高对该病的临床表现、诊断及治疗的认识,尽量避免临床上出现漏诊、误诊。Abdominal urticaria as a special kind of urticaria is a common disease which has typical symptom in clinic. It will be easy to misdiagnosed when this disease complicated with surgical acute abdomen and can cause delay treat- ment which may burden the patients. In this paper, the clinical manifestations, physical examination, imaging features, treatment and prognosis of one patient with abdominal urticaria complicated with acute pancreatitis in our hospital was analyzed and discussed for improving the acknowledgement of clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of this disease and to avoid misdiagnosis.
