摘　　要：目的探讨膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者治疗前后血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9、12和13水平的变化。方法将45例KOA患者(病例组)予以双氯芬酸钠肠溶胶囊75 mg,1次/d,连用14 d。观察并比较患者治疗前和治疗14 d后血清MMP-9、12和13水平的变化。另取同期的健康体检者30例作为健康组。结果治疗前病例组患者血清MMP-9、12和13水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗14 d后,病例组患者血清MMP-9、12和13水平均较前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 KOA患者体内存在MMP-9、12和13水平紊乱,在其诊断和治疗中起重要作用。MMP-9、12和13水平的变化可作为KOA患者疗效评价的敏感血清学指标。Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of matrix metalloproteinases （MMPs） -9, 12 and 13 in patients with knee osteoarthritis （KOA） before and after treatment. Methods 45 cases of KOA （case group） were treated with diclofenac sodium enteric-coated capsules 75 mg, once/d for 14 d. The changes of serum MMP-9, 12 and 13 levels were observed and compared before and after 14 days of treatment. 30 healthy subjects in the same period were taken as health group. Results Before treatment, the levels of serum MMP-9, 12 and 13 in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. After 14 days of treatment, the levels of serum MMP-9, 12 and 13 in the case group significantly decreased than before（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusions The levels of MMP-9, 12 and 13 are of disorder in patients with KOA, which play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment. Changes in MMP-9, 12 and 13 levels can be used as sensitive serological markers for the evaluation of efficacy in patients with KOA.
