摘 要:目的探讨麻醉喉镜消毒保存的最佳方式。方法将待消毒的麻醉喉镜随机分为两组,2%的戊二醛浸泡消毒组(A组)和低温等离子联合伽玛消毒湿巾组(B组),两组均采样行细菌培养。结果 A、B两组喉镜片均无菌生长,喉镜柄消毒保存合格率:B组为98.84%,A组为82.56%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子联合伽玛消毒湿巾用于麻醉喉镜的消毒保存是较为理想且安全的方法,可有效地减少及预防手术患者院内交叉感染的发生,有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the optimal way of disinfection and preservation of anesthesia laryngoscopy. Methods The anesthesia laryngoscopies to be disinfected were randomly divided into two groups including 2% glutaraldehyde soaked disinfection group(Group A) and low temperature plasma combined with gamma disinfection wipes group(Group B). And both groups were sampled for bacterial culture. Results There were no bacterial growth in laryngoscopy lenses of group A and group B. The disinfect preservation rate of laryngoscope handle was 98.84% in group B, and 82.56% in group A and the two groups were significantly different (P〈0.05). Conclusion Low temperature plasma combined with gamma disinfection wipes for the disinfection of anesthesia laryngoscopy is an ideal and safe method, which can effec tively reduce and prevent the occurrence of cross-infection in patients with surgery and has a positive clinical significance.
