摘　　要：‘云南瓜1号’是从云南地方优异南瓜种质资源‘姜饼瓜’经10代自交分离选育的鲜食型南瓜新品种。该品种植株蔓生,较耐粗放栽培;瓜扁圆形,瓜顶凹,瓜脐平,瓜面有均匀的纵棱,嫩瓜皮色青绿,老瓜皮色姜黄,稍有粉;嫩瓜肉淡绿色,老瓜肉橙黄色。营养丰富,蛋白质含量0.59%、总糖含量5.96%、总淀粉含量1.16%,氨基酸总量3.95 g·kg^(-1),口感脆甜、微面。嫩瓜单瓜质量1.0 kg左右;老瓜单瓜质量2 kg左右,最大可达3.5 kg。定植后60 d左右开始采收嫩瓜,667 m^2嫩瓜产量4 500 kg,老瓜产量3 850 kg。全生育期170 d左右。2016年通过云南省种子管理站组织的专家认定,适合云南及周边地区露地栽培。＇Yunnangua No. 1＇ is a fresh food type pumpkin variety, which was bred through self segregation of 10 generations of ＇ Jiangbinggua＇ which is a kind of local excellent pumpkin germplasm resources in Yunnan province. It is suitable for extensive cultivation because of plant sprawls. Its shape is oblate, concave top, fiat navel, and uniform longitudinal edge on fruit surface. The color of skin is green in tender stage, and ginger in mature stage. The color of flesh is light green in tender stage, and orange-yellow in mature stage. The mature fruit of this variety has rich nutrition, containing 0.59% protein , 5.96% total sugar, 5.96% total starch and 3.95g＂ kg-1 total amino acid. It tastes crisp, sweet and little soft. The average weight of tender pumpkin was 1.0 kg, and mature pumpkin was 2 kg. The maximum weight of mature pumpkin reaches up to 3.5 kg. The tender pumpkin can be harvested after 60 days of plantation. The yield of tender pumpkin was 4 500 kg and mature pumpkin was 3 850 kg per 667 m2. The whole growth period is about 170 days.
