摘　　要：目的:基于《中华医典·名药》文献库分析治疗冠心病的中药用药规律。方法:以《中华医典》光盘版(第5版)为数据源,以描述性统计方法,分析用药、治则、功效等。以系统聚类方法分析冠心病用药特征。结果:依据纳入、排除标准对《中华医典·名药》中264首约8万字的文献资料进行筛选,最终纳入100首方剂药合计177味中药。结论:《中华医典·名方》收录治疗冠心病前四位高频药物为丹参、黄芪、川芎、人参。其核心治疗法则为活血、祛瘀、益气、止痛。Objective： To analyze the medication regularities according to Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese Famous Drugs for treating Coronary Heart Diseases （CHDs）. Methods： Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese （Sth edition） were used as data resource to identified relevant studies. Meanwhile, descriptive statistics were adopted to analyze medicaments, treatment principles, efficacy etc, as well as systematic clustering methods were utilized to analyze features of treating CHDs. Results： There were 264 documents found from Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese Famous Drugs, which amount to 80,000 words based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Ultimately, 1130 eligible formulas treating CHDs, including 177 traditional Chinese Medicine, were selected. Con- clusion： Most frequently used three herbs in Encyclopedia of Traditional ChincseFamous Drugs for treating CHDs were Danshen （Salvia miltiorrhiza）, Huangqi （Astragalus membranaceus）, Chuanxiong （Rhizome of Chuanxiong） and Renshen （Ginseng）. The key treating methods are reinforcing Qi activating blood and soothing nerves at the same time
