摘　　要：本文就低温热泵机组在"煤改电"应用中的评价要求和指标进行分析,找出存在的缺陷和问题,并对增加产品安全性能和机械安全性,电子电路及软件进行安全性评估,电磁兼容和RoHS等项目的必要性加以评述,同时对低温热泵机组采暖系统的设计,零部件配置和安装等提出改进意见。In this paper, the low temperature heat pump units in the Coal To Electrici- ty application requirements and evaluation index were analyzed, and find out the defects and the problems, and to increase the product safety and mechanical safety, electronic cir- cuits and software safety assessment, electromagnetic compatibility, and points out the neces- sity of project such as RollS, at the same time of low temperature heat pump heating system de- sign, configuration and installation of parts improvement opinions are out forward.
