中药对糖尿病周围神经病变中肿瘤坏死因子α的干预作用概述

摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)已成为糖尿病致死、致残的重要原因,研究发现肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)在DPN的发生、发展中起到了负性作用,而中药可以通过抑制TNF-α起到改善周围神经传导速度,抑制周围神经损伤,缓解神经痛的作用。因此本文综述了近年来研究发现的TNF-α在DPN中的损伤作用及中药通过干预TNF-α起到的抑制DPN作用。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy（ DPN） has become the most important reason of death and disability in diabetes. It has been found that tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α） plays a negative role in the development of DPN. Research has revealed that traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） could inhibit TNF-α to improve peripheral nerve conduction velocity,reduce peripheral nerve injury,relieve neuropathic pain. This paper reviewed recent studies about the injury effect of TNF-α in DPN and the therapeutic effect of TCM in DPN by intervening TNF-α.
