平坦甲沟成形术对嵌甲型甲沟炎愈合程度及外观满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨平坦甲沟成形术治疗嵌甲型甲沟炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1~11月收治的82例嵌甲型甲沟炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各41例。观察组以平坦甲沟成形术治疗,对照组采取全甲拔除术治疗,比较两组的切口愈合程度及外观满意度、恢复情况。结果观察组的术后切口愈合程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后外观总满意率为95.12%,高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后愈合时间短于对照组,换药次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的复发率为4.88%,无畸形发生;对照组的复发率为26.83%,畸形发生率为12.20%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平坦甲沟成形术治疗嵌甲型甲沟炎具有可行性,利于术后切口愈合,切口美观度较佳,也能降低复发率及畸形发生率,具有一定推广价值。Objective To exp!ore the clinical effects of flat nail groove plasty in the treatment of onychocryptosis type paronyehia.Methods 82 cases of onychocryptosis type paronychia and who accepted treatments in our hospital from January to November in 2015 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the ob- servation group by the random digit table method,with 41 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with flat nail groove plasty,while the control group was treated with total nail extraction.Then,the degree of wound healing, the degree of satisfaction and the recovery condition of the two groups were compared.Results The degree of postopera tire incision healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The postoperative appearance satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than that in the control group （75.61%）,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the number of dressing change in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈O.01）.The recurrence rate in the observation group was 4.88%,there was no deformity;while the re- currence rate in the control group was 26.83%,and the incidence of malformation was 12.20%;there was significant dif- ference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conelusion The flat nail groove plasty in the treatment of onychocryptosis type paronychia is feasible,which is beneficial to the wound healing,the incision is beautiful,and it can also reduce the recur- rence rate and the incidence of deformity,thus it has certain promotion value.
