从工业化体系向互联网体系的跨体系转型升级模式创新

摘　　要：本文基于文献分析,从信息化与工业化融合视角提出了产品与服务融合价值链概念,认为这是将产品与服务两种"微笑曲线"叠加在一起形成的随机曲面的价值网,既可能呈现出产品促进服务的技术效率模式,也可能表现为服务带动产品的技术效率模式,或两者融合的技术效率模式,由此构建企业从工业化体系向互联网体系的跨体系转型升级模式创新的理论模型。研究认为,与工业化体系内的转型升级模式创新相比,企业从工业化体系向互联网体系的跨体系转型升级模式创新具有更显著的整体协同创新特征,企业不仅需要从产品研发、供应链管理、智能制造和营销管理等价值链核心环节全面开展转型升级,还需要从战略管理及组织变革层面进行转型升级。在此基础上,探讨了企业实现跨体系转型升级战略的四个关键问题,并给出相应的政策建议。Based on the literature analysis, this paper come up with the concept of value chain of product and service Integration from the perspective of integration of information and industrialization. Besides, we think that the product and service integration model can not only present the phenomenon of product accelerate service＇s technical efficiency model, but also can present the phenomenon of service accelerate product＇s technical efficiency model. In this way, we build up the transformation and upgrading model of across system： from Industrialized System to Internet system. Result shows that, compared with the transformation and upgrading model innovation in the Industrialized System, the transformation and upgrading model of across system from Industrialized System to Internet system apparently has an integrated co-innovation characteristic. Firm not only needs to upgrades their product innovation, supply chain management, intelligent manufacturing and marketing management, bust also upgrading their strategic management and organization management. Based on the discussion above, we come up with the four key question of across system transformation and upgrading model innovation, and also give our suggestion for the industry.
