摘 要:通过对不同纤维掺量和水灰比混凝土试件进行力学性能正交试验,利用直观分析法、极差分析法和方差分析法,分析了不同碳纤维掺量、不同水灰比对混凝土力学性能的影响,结果表明纤维掺量和水灰比均对抗压强度和劈拉强度具有重要影响,其中抗压强度受水灰比影响更大,劈拉强度受纤维掺量影响更大。结合理论分析得出恰当配合比混凝土,能够满足巷道喷层支护要求。By means of different fiber content and water-cement ratio of concrete specimens for mechanical properties of the orthogonal experiment,using visual analysis,range analysis and variance analysis analyzed the different carbon fiber content, water-cement ratio on mechanical properties of concrete. Results showed that the fiber content and water-cement ratio of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength has the important influence,including compressive strength affected by water cement ratio is bigger,splitting tensile strength is influenced by fiber content. Combined with theoretical analysis, it is concluded that proper mix proportion of concrete can meet the requirements of the spray layer of roadway supporting.
