摘  要:为解决浅埋高瓦斯煤层巷道掘进瓦斯突出以及工作面回采瓦斯超限问题,以青龙煤矿21604轨道顺槽为工程背景,研究了浅埋高瓦斯煤层沿空留巷技术。成功留巷1 045 m,墙体稳定、巷道支护完好;有效解决瓦斯超限问题,沿空留巷后工作面月推进速度大幅提高;巷道两帮收敛及顶板下沉量不大,底鼓量较大,但卧底后沿空留巷完全能够满足作为21602运输顺槽使用的要求,减少了巷道掘进量,避免了掘进巷道发生瓦斯突出危险。To solve the problems of the roadway excavation gas outburst and working face mining gas concentration exceeding limit in the shallow buried high gas coal seam, in the engineering background of No.21604 track crossheading of Qinglong mine, the shallow buried high-gas coal seam gob'side entry retaining technology was studied. The roadway was successfully retained for 1 045 m. The wall was stability and the roadway support was in good condition. The problem of gas concentration exceeding limit was effectively solved. After the gob-side entry retaining, the working face monthly advance velocity was greatly increased. The roadway two slope and the roof convergence were small. The floor heave was big but it could completely satisfy the use requirement as the No.21602 transport crossheading after bottom cleaning. The roadway excavation was decreased and the gas outburst was avoided.
