摘　　要：针对目前煤矿采煤机变频器安全预警不足的情况,设计了一种基于单片机的采煤机变频器安全预警系统。该设计采用新型温度传感器采集变频器工作中的温度场温度,下位机以具有AD转换功能的STC-IAP15W4K58S4单片机为核心,与上位机触摸屏之间通过Modbus协议进行通讯。并提出了一种改进型多次累加求和法,准确实现变频器温度场的多路动态采集显示,达到安全预警的目的。In view of the shortage of the current safety warning system of the coal mining machine, a new type of safety warning system for coal mining machine based on the single chip microcomputer is designed. This design adopts the temperature field model of temperature sensor acquisition converter work, lower machine with AD conversion of the STC-IAP15W4K58S4 microcontroller as the core, with the host computer through the Modbus protocol to communicate with touch screen. And put forward a kind of modified accumulation summation method for many times, accurate implementation frequency converter, according to the temperature field of multi-channel dynamic acquisition to achieve the w purpose of security early warning.
