摘　　要：基于新常态下我国煤炭经济运行情况及产能失衡现状,分析了供给失衡的形成机理及解决的思路,并从深化煤炭供给改革、有效化解煤炭产能过剩2个方面提出推进煤炭产能综合平衡的具体政策建议。Based on the operation of coal economic and the current situation of unbalanced between supply and demand in light of the new economic normal, analysies the formation mechanism and solution of the unbalance of supply. Aiming to promote the comprehensive balance of coal production capacity and to achieve a smooth upgrade of the economy, two aspects of the policy recommendations are proposed： deepening reform of coal supply and resolving effectively the excess coal production capacity.
