摘  要:对不同挤压工艺下体育器材用AZ80镁合金力学性能和耐磨损性能进行了测试与分析,研究了挤压工艺对其性能的影响。结果表明,与常规挤压相比,往复挤压可明显提高体育器材用AZ80镁合金的力学性能和耐磨损性能,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率可分别增加68 MPa、70 MPa、5.8%,磨损体积可减小79%。随挤压道次从1道次增至10道次,合金的力学性能和耐磨损性能均先下降后提高,挤压道次优选为5道次。The mechanical properties and wear resistance of AZ80 magnesium alloy for sports equipment under different extrusion processes were tested and analyzed. The effects of extruding process on the properties were studied. The results show that compared with conventional extrusion, the mechanical properties and wear resistance of AZ80 magnesium alloy for sports equipment can be obviously improved by reciprocating extrusion; the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation increase by 68 MPa, 70 MPa and 5.8%, respectively, and the wear volume decreases by 79%. The mechanical properties and wear resistance of the alloy decrease firstly and then increase with extrusion pass increasing from 1 to 10. The optimized extrusion pass is 5.
