摘  要:分析了薄壁液压壳体的结构特点及性能特点,对其进行了铸造工艺设计。采用设计的壳体铸造工艺进行了试生产,并根据铸件的加工性能要求,对铸件进行了热处理。结果表明,铸造工艺设计合理,热处理后的产品性能满足技术要求,没有出现缩孔、缩松、气孔、砂眼及渣孔等缺陷;经过30 MPa打压测试,铸件没有出现渗漏。The structural characteristics and performance characteristics of thin wall hydraulic housing were analyzed, and the casting process was designed. The casting was producted according to the degined process, and according to the processing requirements of the casting, the casting was heat treated. The results show that the designed casting process is reasonable, and the mechanical properties after heat treatment meets the technical requirements. The casting has no shrinkage, porosity, gas hole, sand hole and slag hole. After 30 MPa pressure test, the casting has no leakage.
