摘  要:采用空冷、水冷方式对轧后的GCr15实验钢试样分别冷却至不同温度(756、680℃)。对3种不同原始组织的GCr15钢试样进行了等温球化退火处理,研究了不同控轧控冷工艺对等温球化效果的影响,观察了金相显微组织,测定了硬度,分析了实验结果和碳化物球化机理。结果表明:高温终轧后水冷至680℃的试样球化效果较好,试样经退火后碳化物球状特征明显,尺寸分布均匀。The GCrl5 test steel samples after rolling were cooled to different temperatures (756, 680 ℃) separately by means of air cooling and water cooling methods. The isothermal spheroiding annealing treatment of the GCrl 5 steel samples with three different original microstructures was conducted. The influences of different controlled rolling and cooling processes on the isothermal spherical effect were studied. Metallographic microstructure was observed, and hardness was measured. The experimental results and the spheroidized mechanism of carbide were analyzed. The results show that: the spheroidized effect of sample after hot finish rolling and then water cooling to 680 ℃ is better; the characteristics of the carbide spheres in the samples after the annealing are obvious, and the size distribution is uniform.
