摘 要:从合金元素相互替代角度探讨了钢种归并的可行性,通过X52钢轧制实验验证了热轧工艺对于力学性能调控的柔性。以Q345系列为例详解了如何通过"成分归并+工艺优化"实现微合金结构钢的低成本制造。结果表明,力学性能被很好地控制在标准中线附近。在实现炼钢成本与合金成本降低的同时,结果能为钢铁材料的代用提供更好的选择。The feasibility of steel grade integration was discussed from the angle of mutual substitution or alloying elements. The flexibility of the mechanical properties controlled by the hot rolling process was verified by rolling experiment of X52 steel. Taking the Q345 series as an example, how to use the "component merging+process optimization" to achieve low cost micro-alloy steel was explained. The results show that, mechanical properties are well controlled in the vicinity of the standard midline. In the meanwhile realizing reduction of steel making cost and alloy cost, the results can provide a better choice for the substitution of iron and steel materials.
