摘 要:针对矿用锚杆的轴力监测问题提出一种光学监测方法。利用光学膜应力与应变之间的线性关系,在光源垂直照射下光学膜厚度的变化会引起干涉图案颜色的变化,并由此判断锚杆的安全状态。经ANSYS有限元分析和MATLAB仿真分析可知,监测装置承受载荷从0变化到126k N时光学膜先后出现了三种颜色,在对光学膜的宽度、干涉条纹的可见度及光学膜材料的选择进行分析后,证明该监测装置具有一定的可行性。A monitoring device based on optical method is proposed for mining anchor axial-force monitoring. Accord- ing to the linear relationship between the stress and strain of an optical film,the change of the film thickness under a light source will cause an interference pattern color to change. Therefore, the security status of an anchor can be determined by the color. Through ANSYS finite element analysis and MATLAB simulation analysis, three colors on an optical film will ap- pear respectively when a load on the monitoring device is changed from 0 to 126 kN. The optical film width, interference fringe visibility, and the film material selection are also discussed to show that the monitoring device is feasible.
