就业导向下茶叶审评与检验课程的教学改革实践

摘　　要：针对评茶员考试的具体要求和考核方式,从课堂教学、实验教学、实习教学3个方面提出了茶叶审评与检验课程和评茶员考试有效对接的改革方案和措施。就业导向下茶叶审评与检验课程的教学改革可有效提高茶学专业毕业生的评茶技能,学生在完成课程学习的同时可取得评茶员资格证书,从而提高就业竞争力。According to the specific requirements and evaluation methods of tea examination,the reform plan and measures of tea review and inspection and the effective examination of tea examination was pointed out from classroom teaching,experiment teaching,practice teaching.The teaching reform of the course of tea evaluation and inspection under the guidance of employment can effectively improve the professional skills of graduates on tea.The students can get the qualification certificate of the tea teacher while finishing the course,so as to improve the employment competitiveness.
