摘　　要：连体箱翻转架掉桶会影响其使用性能和安全性能,在使用中不允许出现该现象,本文分析了该故障产生的原因,提出现场解决的方案,并实施验证。同时通过理论计算,在设计方面对产品进行优化,最终完善了产品的性能。It is not allowed to appear in the use of the flip bucket of the flip box, which is not used in the application. This paper analyzes the causes of the failure, and puts forward the solution to the problem, and carries out the verification. At the same time, through theoretical calculation, in the design of the product optimization, and ultimately improve the performance of the product.
