摘 要:腓肠肌挛缩常见于多种足部疾病中,发病率较高,持续性腓肠肌挛缩限定了踝关节的活动范围及足的跖屈姿势,改变了足的正常负重步态,进而影响足底负重带的分布,骨骼、韧带和内在肌的过载负重,是加速原有足部疾病进一步发展的重要潜在致病因素,早期有效干预治疗可减缓原有足部疾病进展、促进患足功能恢复。目前随着医疗水平的提高、挛缩机制认识的深入及治疗方法的不断改进,治疗效果更加令人满意。本文就腓肠肌挛缩的治疗进展做一综述。Gastrocnemius contracture is commonly seen in a variety of foot diseases and has high incidence. Sustained gastrocnemius contracture limits the range of motion of ankle joint and plantar flexion, changes the normal weight-bearing gait, and thus affects the distribution of plantar weight-bearing area. Overload of the bones, ligaments, and intrinsic muscles is an important potential pathogenic factor which accelerates the progression of existing foot diseases, and early effective treatment can slow down the progression of existing foot diseases and promote the recovery of foot function. With the development of medical techniques, in-depth studies on the mechanism of contracture, and continuous improvement of therapies, the treatment effect is becoming more satisfactory. This article reviews the research advances in the treatment of gastrocnemius contracture.
