摘 要:分析事故备用大小、发电机调速速率等对孤网频率的影响,发现受风电不确定性及波动性影响后风机高频过切可能引起电网高低频保护交替动作的风险。提出与紧急控制相协调的风机高频保护整定方法。综合考虑事故备用的影响及紧急控制孤网频率特性,设定风机高频保护首轮最低值。借鉴低频减载分轮定量的思想,通过每一轮预想故障下的不断迭代,逐轮确定风机高频保护量。结合我国某实际电网的分析,实现了紧急控制与风机保护的协调,解决了现有风机高频保护方案由于风电出力不确定导致孤网高频过切及可能与低频减载交替动作的缺点,优化了风机高频保护方案。The impact of emergency reserve and generator governor rate to frequency characteristics is analyzed. And the risk of over cutting caused by wind uncertainty and alternate action between UFLS and fans high-frequency protection is discovered. A tuning method for high-frequency protection program of fans is proposed. The method considers the impact of emergency reserve and frequency characteristics of emergency control in isolated grid, to set the minimum value of the fans' high-frequency protection. Referencing rounds and quantitative low frequency load shedding, the high-frequency protection value of wind turbine is set by wheel through the continuous iteration of each round of expected faults. An actual power grid case is analyzed, with which coordination between emergency control and wind turbines' protection is realized, the shortcomings of over cutting caused by wind uncertainty and the possibility of alternate action between UFLS and fans high-frequency protection in existing high-frequency protection program of fans are solved, and high-frequency protection program of fans is optimized.
