摘 要:目的探讨百香果果汁对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠负重游泳及抗疲劳的作用。方法根据体重随机将实验小鼠分为6组,即正常对照组、模型组、阳性组(维生素C100mg/kg)、百香果果汁高浓度、中浓度、低浓度组。正常组每日腹腔注射等体积的生理盐水,其余各组均腹腔注射D-半乳糖(100mg/kg)致亚急性衰老小鼠模型,每日1次,连续42天。腹腔注射的同时各组小鼠均按0.1ml/10g的剂量灌胃相应药液,正常组和模型组灌等量的生理盐水。每周观察小鼠体重变化情况,采用负重游泳实验及生化法检测股四头肌糖原和肝糖原含量、肾脏丙二醛(MDA)含量及总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性,观察百香果果汁对小鼠抗疲劳的作用及可能的机制。结果百香果果汁各剂量组延长D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠的力竭游泳时间,提高肝糖原和股四头肌糖原的储备量,提高小鼠肾脏SOD活性,降低MDA含量。结论百香果果汁对D-半乳糖所致的衰老模型小鼠有抗疲劳作用,可能与清除自由基、提高抗氧化能力有关。Objective To investigate the effects of the Passiflor syrup on load swimming and anti -fatigue in aged mice induced by D - galactose. Methods Experimental mice were randomly divided into 6 groups according to their weight: control group, model group, positive group, Passiflor syrup high concentration, medium concentration and low concentration group. The control group was daily intraperitoneal injection volume of physiological saline, all groups were an intraperitoneal injection of D - galactose (100 mg/kg) to induce subacute aging model mice, 1 times a day,42 days in a row. Meanwhile, each group were given the corresponding medicine according to the dosage of O. lml/10g, while the control group and model group were done with the same amount of saline. Observed the changes of mice weight every week, used load swimming experiment and biochemical method to detect content of quadriceps femoris glycogen and hepatic glycogen, kidney malondialdehyde (MDA) and total superoxide dismutase ( T - SOD) activity, and observed the anti - fatigue effect of Passiflor syrup and its possible mechanism. Results Each group, having intraperitoneal injection of Passiflor syrup could extend swimming exhaustion time of the D - galactose induced aging model mice, increased hepatic glycogen and quadriceps femoris glycogen reserves and SOD activity of mice kidney, and reduce MDA content. Conclusion The Passiflor syrup has an anti - fatigue effect on aging mice induced by D - galactose, which may related to scavenging free radicals and improving antioxidant capacity.
